Featured Destination: Caribbean-Eastern

An Eastern Caribbean cruise is usually the most leisurely and relaxing of all the Caribbean cruise itineraries. These cruises are for folks that prefer an equal mix of sightseeing and shopping in port and plenty of activities on board the ship. These 7 day cruises are offered year round by most cruise lines. They usually have three days at sea, and then visit three of these ports: Cruise Line Private Islands, The Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Virgin Gorda, Labadee, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, St. Thomas or St. Maarten. If you enjoy duty free shopping, visiting the beach, some water sports and activities, but mostly relaxing, you'll want to try an Eastern Caribbean cruise. Seven day sailings typically depart on Saturdays or Sundays from one of these ports: Miami, Florida; Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Cape Canaveral, Florida; New York, New York; Norfolk,Virginia and Bayonne, New Jersey. more
